For students that have some experience with yoga. Focusing on the
connection between breath and movement and mental health.
BODYMIND YOGA I
Wednesdays 4:30pm-5:45pm
MARCH 3-APRIL 14, 2010
7 SESSIONS FOR $120*No experience necessary. This class is designed for people who are new to yoga,
have struggled in other yoga classes, or want to experience a yoga class with a mental health twist.

What to wear/bring: Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.
We will have yoga mats for you to use, but feel free to bring your own.
You may also want to bring a blanket, towel, or small pillow to sit on.
Try not to eat at least an hour before class; it is best to practice on an empty stomach.
Teacher and Contact information: Lucy Pirner, MS
Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified and Registered Atma Yoga Teacher
who has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and has been a teaching since 2001.
Her style of teaching focuses on the mind/body/spirit connection, creating balance and awareness,
improving both mental and physical health.
